School and activities interest survey
Dear Friends of the Czech and Slovak Heritage Association,
As you know, CSHA is working hard this year to expand and revive interest in our community, and especially to reach out to young parents who want their children to be familiar with their heritage, language and culture.
We want to get your input, your ideas, to help us plan a calendar of activities and events that you all will find interesting and fun. We’ve developed a short and simple questionnaire, via Survey Monkey, to find out more about the kinds of activities you and your families would be most interested in. So please click this link, take the survey, and let us know how CSHA can create a calendar of events you’d like to be a part of.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and suggestions and sharing with friends who might be interested. Please make sure to submit the survey no later than May 31st.
